Extract the ZIP file into any folder. (Hopefully you have already done that)
Make sure that lmpqapi.dll, MPQ2K.exe, staredit.exe, and storm.dll are in the \Data\ subfolder.
Extract the MPQ into the \Data\ subfolder.
Run the included *.bat file.
Patches can be found here.
Run SCDowngrader.exe. It will open up a DOS window with a table drawn in.
Make sure Starcraft and Staredit are both closed before downgrading!
Use the Up and Down arrow keys to navigate the menu.
Pushing Enter or Right will select the menu item.
Pushing Left will exit a submenu.
